One resource for students is the First Year Experience web site. The mission of FYE is to provide communication, services, programs, and resources, which promote continuity form recruitment through sophomore retention, connection to UMD opportunities, student growth and development, and student satisfaction. This site features specific information about current and upcoming events for first year freshman and transfer students such as Orientation, Bulldog Bash, and Parent's and Family Weekend.

To find information about specific degree programs or majors, check the undergraduate catalog's degree program directory. View majors alphabetically or by college. Then click on the major you are interested in to get detailed information about courses and other degree requirements.
